OrbitPay (2023)
( The challenge )
Listening first, designing second
OrbitPay had a solid product under the hood, but the UX told a different story — cluttered flows, confusing labels, and drop-offs during key actions. Before jumping into Figma, I took a step back to talk with users, explore pain points, and align with business goals. The result? A clear roadmap of what needed fixing — and what was already working well.

Turning insight into structure
With clarity in hand, I moved into flow mapping, wireframing, and early interactive prototypes. This wasn’t just about screens — it was about the story users would move through. Every decision, from layout to microcopy, aimed to reduce effort and increase confidence.
( The challenge )
UI that guides, not distracts
Once the structure clicked, I brought in the visuals. OrbitPay needed to look as reliable as it felt — so I designed a clean, modern UI system that amplified usability. Minimalist colors, legible type, consistent spacing, and soft animations all came together to support, not steal attention from, the task at hand.

Refining the details that matter
I collaborated closely with the OrbitPay dev team, collecting feedback from internal QA and real users. From edge cases to micro-interactions, we smoothed out the experience in cycles — tightening clarity, reducing steps, and adjusting touchpoints until it all just flowed.
